Job requirements
- Participate in the development of existing and new course programmes and to assume responsibility for areas of work as appropriate
- Assist with the development and cascading of innovative and inspiring teaching materials ensuring dissemination of good practice across College and the wider community.
- Undertake a key role in driving and supporting the continuous improvement in the standard of teaching, learning and assessment across the institution, including participation in teacher development and institutional CPD.
- Participate in course team meetings, curriculum planning and materials development as appropriate.
- Assist with marketing and publicity of all courses within the department as required.
- Participate in the development and delivery of short course programmes.
- Act as mentor to new students and give support to other team members or wider college staff.
- Liaise with internal and/or external examiners as appropriate.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as required by the Principal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
- Diploma in Technical Education (KTTC)
- 3 years’ experience in training
- Knowledge of KNEC/NITA /CDAAC examination procedures

- SENIOR MARKETING STRATEGIST 1- POST
Job description
- Responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research, identifying target audiences, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- The Senior Marketing Strategist will be instrumental in shaping and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our diverse customers.
- This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional analytical skills, a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets, optimizing campaign spend for maximum ROI, and reporting on performance to stakeholders.
- You will conduct continuous keyword research, identifying content gaps, and implementing best practices to maximize organic traffic and exposure.
- You will define the end-to-end content marketing strategy, ensuring content supports goals across awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- You will develop the editorial calendar for all channels, including the company blog, website, email, and social media.

- It is expected that the holder will leverage on their deep understanding of the digital landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, to develop comprehensive strategies tailored to our specific business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and email automation platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEM rush, and social media analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lead nurturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
