Dear Graduands,

RE: 11^TH GRADUATION CEREMONY ON 21^st OCTOBER.2022

Please take note of the following important information:

• Our 11^th Graduation ceremony will be held on Friday 21^ST October, 2022.
• The venue for the Graduation ceremony will be KENYATTA STADIUM –MACHAKOS starting at 9.30am.
• All Granduands must FILL the graduation clearance form and hand it over to the examination office by 30^th September 2022
• Gowns will be issued as from TUESDAY 11^{th –}14^th October during working hours.
• Graduation rehearsal will take place on Thursday 20^th OCTOBER at MIT 12 beginning at 00pm. ALL MUST ATTEND.
• Graduation gowns MUST be returned on or before THURSDAY 27^th Oct, 2022. A surcharge fee of ksh 1000/= will be charged for any day extended.
• The gown should not be washed or ironed .It should be returned as picked.
• You will be given two invitation cards by the Deputy Principal as from 11^th October,2022
• The FINAL GRADUATION LIST will be released on 13^th October 2022. No names will be included in the list after this date. Kindly confirm your graduation status with the examination office.
• Certificates and transcripts are to be collected from examination department as from Monday 31^st October, 2022.

NB: ALL KASNEB GRADUANDS ARE REQUESTED TO PAY THEIR GRADUATION FEE OF 2000/ TO THE COLLEGE ACCOUNT BEFORE 30^TH SEPTEMBER 2022
