DCHD 4000: Diploma in Community Health and Development

This is a one and half year course whose objective is to equip students with knowledge and skills and knowledge on patterns of diseases, organization and administration of different health services that may be provided to the community. At the end of the course, students are expected to be skilled and knowledgeable in the following areas:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum qualifications are KCSE C- or KCE Div. 2 or the equivalent or 3 years experience in Community Development activities.
  • Certificate in Community development, Social development, Social work, Community Health, Counseling and Psychology.
  • Course open to Beginners, Development facilitators, Project managers and Fresh students
