DTM 4900:  DIPLOMA IN TOURISM MANAGEMENT

 

This is a two year programme designed to equip the trainee with knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable him/her plan, organize, control and evaluate tourism activities and market tourism products and facilities to all domestic and international travelers and tourists in particular.

 

Module I is designed to enable the trainee to become a professional tour guide and agent by equipping him/her with the required knowledge, skills and attitude.

 

Module II is designed to equip the trainee to become a travel and tour administrator in tourism with skills and knowledge required to perform efficiently in tourism and travel establishment.

 

Module III is designed to enable the trainee to become a supervisor in a tourism establishment by equipping him/her with knowledge skills and attitude required to perform.
