DHRM 4700: DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

 

This is a one and half year course whose objectives are to understand the role of the human resource in the achievement of the organizational goals, apply the principles of human resource management in an organization and appreciate the importance of understanding human behaviour in achieving organizational goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum qualifications are KCSE C Plain or KCE Div. 2 or the equivalent
  • Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • Certificate in personnel Management
  • Course open to Beginners, Human Resource Assistants, Project managers and Fresh students
